To start your 15 day free trial, simply purchase the monthly membership and the trial will automatically start. You can cancel anytime.

Day Pass - Not sure you need monthly access? For £5 you can join my namastream site for 24 hours! You will have full access to all content (on-demand and livestreams scheduled in that period) for 24 hrs from time of purchase. Beginner Yoga Course -This course is designed to give you a really strong foundation of knowledge so that you feel confident attending classes. Experience the basic structure of yoga classes and build familiarity with poses and sequences. Included in monthly membership or purchase separately for £30.
